The general terms and conditions of sale outlined below detail the rights and obligations of the company INFORNAV and its client in the context of the sale of the following services:
Safety coaching, boat license, nautical skills, cruise assistance, convoying, etc.
Any service performed by the company INFORNAV thus implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Price :
The prices of the services displayed on the website are in euros and calculated including all taxes (TTC).
When the quote or invoice is prepared, the price excluding tax (HT) will be shown to indicate the amount of VAT applicable at the time of the order.
INFORNAV reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, it commits to charging for the services ordered at the prices indicated when the order is placed.
Discounts and Rebates :
The prices proposed include the discounts and rebates that INFORNAV may grant based on its results or the buyer taking responsibility for certain services.
Discount for Early Payment :
No discount will be granted for early payment.
Payment Methods :
Payment for orders is made by:
- by cheque
- by bank transfer
- in cash
- by online payment via Paypal or Credit Card
Upon registering the order, the buyer must pay a deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount to validate the order, with the balance to be paid at the latest on the day of the service.
Late Payment :
In case of total or partial non-payment for services rendered, the buyer will have to pay INFORNAV a late fee equal to three times the legal interest rate (law 2008-776 of August 4, 2008) as well as a flat-rate compensation of 40 euros for collection costs (Decree 2012-1115 of October 2, 2012).
